Coopselios received the special mention “Gender Equality“, as part of the Award established by the Emilia Romagna Region ER.Rsi 2017 “Responsible Innovators“, referring to the “Fattorino Sociale” project: a solution to respond to authentic and daily difficulties of reconciling work in the company and the family caregiving.
2017 FERPI BALANCE SHEET OSCAR
For the second consecutive year Coopselios was a finalist at the prestigious award “Oscar di Bilancio” Ferpi (lit. Ferpi Balance Sheet Oscar) in the category “Non-profit, charitable and non-charitable Foundations and Organisations”.
The Cooperative was positively evaluated with the following motivation: “Coopselios is included among the finalists for the distinctive values ??found: completeness, attention to future developments and improvement objectives in the medium term; high degree of attention to the feedback from stakeholders, both beneficiaries and funders“.
WOMEN’S WORK IN A COOPERATIVE
Within the “Quadrofedele Airces 2016” award that is exclusively given to the Cooperatives belonging to Legacoop, Coopselios won the award promoted by Ria Grant Thornton titled “Donne al lavoro in Cooperativa” (lit. women’s work in a cooperative) for the enhancement of women’s work and gender accountability. This award is witness to Coopselios ability to give the correct value to women’s work and to implement efficient gender-oriented policies.
2016 FERPI BALANCE SHEET OSCAR
Coopselios is one of the finalists of the prestigious award “Oscar di Bilancio” Ferpi (lit. Ferpi Balance Sheet Oscar) in the category “Non-profit, charitable and non-charitable Foundations and Organisations”. The ceremony took place on 29th November at the Italian stock exchange in Palazzo Mezzanotte, Milan.
The award motivation is: “The Balance Sheet of Social Accountability is a comprehensive tool that is easy to read thanks to detailed indicators given at the beginning of each chapter. The calculation of many indicators makes the reporting level of social, environmental and governance aspects very detailed. Reporting is balanced: indicators and areas for improvement too are specified in addition to the cooperative achievements. Graphical aspects are extremely accurate and the graphical organisation is consistent and includes original photographs showing the cooperative activities. Coopselios effort in terms of analysis and communication is remarkable, and a strong sense of responsibility to all the stakeholders emerges.”
LARGE RESPONSIBLE ENTERPRISE
Coopselios received the Unioncamere award “Grande Impresa Responsabile” (lit. large responsible entreprise). In collaboration with Terzocanale and the “Salone della CSR e dell’Innovazione Sociale”, and with the contribution of the Chambers of Commerce, the “IMPRESA RESPONSABILE” award gives value to the commitment shown by enterprises capable of reconciling economic objectives with social and environmental objectives, of creating models of sustainable development, of facilitating dialogue among the supply chain players respecting transparency and legality.
