Another significant award to the Cooperative commitment to value women’s work

On 2nd March 2017 the Premio Quadrofedele 2016 award was given to the best balance sheets during the National Legacoop Meeting in Rome.
Coopselios received the new Special Award “Donne al lavoro in cooperativa” (lit. women’s work in a cooperative) for gender accountability introduced in the Social Balance Sheet.
“For the second consecutive year the social cooperative Cooperativa Sociale Coopselios has won the award for gender accountability. The Cooperative position among the top ranking candidates to the Best Social Balance Sheet Award in the past few years highlights the attention paid by the cooperative Management to all social policies, which is key to all economically winning enterprises. Coopselios also stood out in 2015 for their attention to Equal Opportunities and the strategically winning policy concerning women’s work in a cooperative”. This is the motivation underlying the Meeting decision.
The Jury of the Award included Enea Mazzoli (President of UNIPOLIS), Luciano Sita (Vice President of Legacoop), Aldo Soldi (Coopfond), Gianni Bragaglia (AIRCES), Mauro Gori (Legacoop), Claudio Travaglini (University of Bologna) and Lorenzo Zambotto, Secretary.
